{name:Itzok#|#picture:6}Itzok saw from the corner of his eye that the woman had followed him into combat. Too preoccupied with his own attack, however, he was only vaguely aware of her presence near him. While looking towards his felled opponent and calculating the best plan of attack, he heard the swish of wood being thrown through the air and turned his head in time to see another assailant.
He figured that she would be able to handle the man he saw by the tree and turned his attention back to the man he had downed. He rushed to kick the man again as he was down, but stopped suddenly as he heard her scream.
His adrenalin fueled mind passed over what she said until he heard her say “ambush”. He quickly turned his head in her direction and took note as she faced the bushes. Thinking they may have to fend off multiple attackers, he opted to switch to a defensive fighting stature. He moved up behind her to cover her back and faced the opposing side, keeping the other two men in his vision. Anticipating an attack from two fronts, he kept a couple faces from her so they would not be directly back to back, and prepared himself for what promised to be a grueling melee.

{name:Trackers#|#picture:1}Sempi's mouth twitched as he saw the bamboo coming toward his face. As it closed in on him, he closed his eyes and tilted his body to the side, moving his head out of the way. He felt the wood splinter into the tree behind him and opened his eyes, glaring at the woman who was now facing away from him.
Jeros looked out of the brush he had ducked into as the woman yelled. Just as she had spoken he saw Damius running full force toward the man at the girl's back. The short man had ducked down, and brought his shoulder in, planning to plow them over. As Damius got closer Jeros popped out of the brush, and sent his fist flying at the woman's face.
The Twins and Akins watched from a few yards away. They could see the battle, but dared not join until they were given the order, a sign from Jeros.
Akins waited in anticipation. He wanted more than anything to see Sempi fight, but he could see the old man still standing at the edge of the battle. He looked as though he was waiting for something.

{name:Neelahn#|#picture:4}Neelahn gasped as the hunter's fist came right for her face. She stumbled backward, bumping into her new ally and tried to think quickly. Beginning to duck, she realized that the man would end up hitting her only friend in this situation. Suddenly she moved forward and up, lifting her arm inside of his and using her forearm to push his fist outward, just as his knuckles were about to crash into her nose.
Her hair blew behind her as she continued her forward motion and balled her other hand into a fist. Gasping she completed her motion, punching at the man's stomach, then bent down and spun, sticking her right foot out to hopefully bring her attacker down.
As she turned, she remembered the man behind her and the other two who were probably not making things easy for him. She reached out, before standing, to grab a part of his clothing.
"We need to retreat." She spoke calmly.

{name:Itzok#|#picture:6}Itzok saw the man start to charge him and braced himself. He crouched as low to the ground as he could, mentally preparing himself for the impact. Time seemed to slow down to him as his opponent bore down on him. What in reality was only a few seconds, seemed like long anticipation laden minutes to the nervous young man.
He absently heard some movement behind him and he was set off balance by the light bump of his partner running into his back. He quickly gained his bearing and leaned forward into his crouch praying that the humanoid stampede would not bowl him over into his ally. 'Too late to try anything else,' he silently mused in his last few thoughts before the crash.
He ignored a small tug at his clothing and only barely registered that she had said that they should go before the impact was inevitable. One second before impact, Itzok forced his shoulder to go up roughly to the man's chest and pushed into the ground with all his strength, forcing all of his strength and weight into his shoulder.
Itzok's body shrieked in pain and protest as the man hit. Every bone in his body rattled. His legs were sore from being driven into the ground due to the impact, however he had not moved. He relished this thought as he grappled with the man. "A little help here please?," he screamed as his body was beginning to reach it's breaking point. Keeping the man from moving forward was all Itzok could now manage.
